For the fall semester of 2025, I worked with Tzu Chi University under their MOE Smart Rainforest (智慧雨林) project on university-level PBL, AI, and agricultural education (食農教育) implementation. One of the courses offered during the project was our interdisciplinary "Creative Rural Challenge" course. We guided undergraduates from mixed majors at rural community learning sites (farmer cooperatives, a food forest, Guangfu syntropic agriculture recovery efforts).
